(Hudson, Ohio, USA / June 21, 2006) - Evelyn Haas, Office Manager for RADCom, Inc.,
retired April 30th to spend more time with her grandchildren, although a bit less
time with two of her daughters who work at RADCom and her son-in-law who is the
company's founder and president.

Mrs. Haas started with the business services firm in 1999 when it was located in
smaller quarters and had only nine employees. "When I first started, RADCom had
three or four clients. I am amazed at how much we have grown," she said. After ten
years of business, the company has double the staff and sales exceeding $1m per
year. As RADCom continues to grow, other staff have taken over Mrs. Haas' many
roles, but nobody can replace her smile and warm hello that welcomed everyone who
called or came into the office.

Mrs. Haas is the first full-time employee to retire from the training and
documentation consulting firm. In addition to greeting visitors, Mrs. Haas had many
responsibilities at RADCom, including invoicing and payroll which she also did for
her late husband's company for many years. She also made sure that a card arrived
on every employee's birthday and anniversary.

The day after she retired, Mrs. Haas began volunteering at Pregnancy Care in Stow,
Ohio. She also started bicycling most every day and will travel to her hometown of
Bardstown, Kentucky this year to attend her 50th High School reunion.

Mrs. Haas, a resident of Stow, Ohio, was honored by RADCom on Friday, June 9th with
a party at the Wyoga Lake Pavilion in Stow. Current and former employees gathered
to honor her for her service and friendship while enjoying delicious food, great
company, warm conversation, and a beautiful view of the lake. Mrs. Haas especially
enjoyed opening presents with her grandson Mikey Dianetti. He has been fighting
leukemia since 2004, but the day before the retirement party, Mrs. Haas and Mikey
were fighting imaginary monsters instead. "Mikey said we had to go to the lake and
get rid of the orcs so they wouldn't ruin the party," Mrs. Haas chuckled.

Mrs. Haas will help Mikey fight another battle as part of RADCom's Mighty Mikey's
Marchers at the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Light The NightŪ Walk on September 23
in Cuyahoga Falls. For more information visit www.lightthenight.org and to join or
